Failure to provide contact information will prevent JCSO from following up with you for additional details or to provide a disposition. You may file anonymously; however, without specific information (e.g., deputy name, time, location, etc.), JCSO may be unable to address the matter. In such cases, the referral will be closed without action. Furthermore, JCSO has no oversight over muncipal police agencies within Jefferson County. For those concerns, please contact that police department directly.
