Funds applied to an inmate's account may be used for medical co-pays, booking fees, garnishments, and commissary items such as snacks, cards, or games. The money is applied to any outstanding fees before commissary items may be purchased.

Once funds are deposited on an inmate's account, the funds become the property of the inmate. No money is returned to the depositor unless the funds are released to an individual by the inmate.
