- Observes and inspects assigned heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment to determine operating status and effect repairs as required.
- Provides recommendations regarding equipment upgrades.
- Maintains and repairs commercial food service equipment.
- Replaces and repairs plumbing equipment.
- Provides cost analysis figures for equipment repair. Updates and maintain databases and files.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Starting Pay $29.76 Per Hour. Top Out Pay After Years of Service: $44.64.
