Sheriff Sales

The Civil Unit conducts foreclosure and execution sales of real estate and personal property. All sales are held at 10:00 AM at the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office Civil Unit, 100 Jefferson County Parkway, Ste 1520, Golden, CO 80419. To bid at a sale, you must be present and signed in before the sale begins — please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. Bidding is in person only; there is no online bidding.
